Overview
Apple Mail on macOS and iOS supports custom SMTP servers. By routing outbound mail through Badex, every email gets your professional signature injected and DKIM signed before delivery.
Setup on macOS
Step 1 — Open Mail Preferences
In Apple Mail, click Mail menu → Settings (or Preferences on older macOS) → click the Accounts tab.
Step 2 — Select Your Account
Click on the email account you want to configure (e.g., your company email on cPanel/Plesk).
Step 3 — Edit SMTP Server
Click the Server Settings tab. Under Outgoing Mail Account (SMTP), click the dropdown and select Edit SMTP Server List...
Step 4 — Add Badex SMTP Server
Click + to add a new server. Fill in:
Click OK. Back in Account settings, select Badex Signature as the outgoing server for this account.
Setup on iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Step 1 — Open Settings
Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → select your email account.
Step 2 — Open Account Details
Tap on your account name at the top → tap Account (the email address line).
Step 3 — Edit SMTP Server
Scroll down and tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server. Tap Add Server...
Step 4 — Enter Badex Details
Tap Done. Make sure the new server is set as Primary Server.
Every email from Apple Mail on Mac and iPhone now has your professional DKIM-signed signature. Disable Apple Mail's built-in signature to avoid duplicates.
