Overview
Badex Signature integrates with Plesk by routing outbound email through our SMTP server. Signatures are injected server-side — your users don't need to configure anything in their email clients.
Method 1 — Plesk Mail Server Settings (Server-wide)
This configures Badex as the outgoing relay for all domains and accounts on your Plesk server.
Step 1 — Open Mail Server Settings
Log into Plesk as Administrator → Tools & Settings → Mail Server Settings.
Step 2 — Configure Relaying
Scroll to the Outgoing Mail section and fill in:
Step 3 — Save Settings
Click OK or Apply. Plesk's mail server (Postfix) will restart automatically.
Method 2 — Per Domain Configuration
To configure only for a specific domain (not server-wide):
Step 1 — Open Domain Mail Settings
Plesk → select your domain → Mail → Mail Settings.
Step 2 — Configure SMTP Relay
Look for Outgoing mail (SMTP) settings and enter the Badex server details as shown above.
Method 3 — Plesk Webmail (Roundcube)
Plesk includes Roundcube as its default webmail. To configure for individual users:
Open Roundcube → Settings → Preferences → Server Settings and enter the Badex SMTP details.
See our Roundcube guide for detailed steps.
Verify It's Working
Send a test email to Gmail. In Gmail, click ⋮ → Show original and verify:
SPF: PASS with IP 157.173.98.136
DKIM: PASS with domain yourdomain.com
DMARC: PASS
X-BADEX-Signature-Processed: 1
All outbound email from your Plesk server now has professional DKIM-signed signatures. Server-side injection — no client configuration needed.
