How to paste it in
| Mail client | Where to paste |
|---|---|
| Outlook (new) | Settings → Accounts → Signatures → paste into the editor |
| Outlook (classic) | File → Options → Mail → Signatures → paste into the edit box |
| Gmail | Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste |
| Roundcube | Settings → Identities → pick your identity → tick HTML signature → paste |
| Apple Mail | Mail → Settings → Signatures → paste, and untick "Always match my default message font" |
| Thunderbird | Account Settings → tick "Use HTML" → paste, or use "Copy HTML" and attach as a file |
If pasting loses the formatting, use Copy HTML instead and paste that into whichever field your client offers for raw HTML signatures.
This makes one signature, for one person, once
Which is fine until there are forty of you. Then somebody changes their phone number, somebody else pastes the old logo back, two people drop the disclaimer, and the person on a phone has no signature at all. Chasing that by e-mail does not work — not because people are careless, but because the signature lives on forty separate devices.
Badex Signature applies one standard server-side, on the way out, DKIM signed. Nothing to install on anybody's laptop, and it works on phones too. It syncs names and titles from Microsoft 365, and for mail that is not on Microsoft — cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Roundcube — you point your outgoing relay at us and it works the same way. Flat monthly price, not per person.
14-day trial, no credit card. And this generator stays free whether you buy anything or not — it runs entirely in your browser and we never see what you type.
